Affordable living requires a contemporary building system, all over the world. The big goal is to build a maximum number
of houses and buildings with reasonable, affordable expenses and few specialist staff (Skilled workers shortage,
a global problem ).
For example, the kitchen corner and bathroom with toilet are attached to the outside of the building in a module (fully integrated).
So no expensive installation inside the building = finished quickly.
The kitchen toilet-bath module is prefabricated as far as possible in the factory.

EVO 3 because the module has now the height and width of 3 meters and the length is 6 meters.
A Start module now has 16.25 m² and an extension module has 17.1 m², or less.
There are of course further extensions with 17.1 m² possible. One Module after the other, connectable on all sides

With two casting moulds can be produced up to 8 modules in 24 h. We have 2, 4 or 6 formwork solutions (see the appendix)
The C-Module casting system (2 moulds) will provide approx. 750 - 800 residential units with a floor space of 50 m² in 250 days.
We have also experience in hotels and multi-storey buildings up to 12 floors (depending on earthquake zone)
