Connecting the system
To power the system, 3 x 230/400V 50 Hz with a center conductor and
protective conductor are required. The operator is responsible for
laying and connecting the supply line to the distribution network and
the system.

Environmental conditions
The operation of the system is designed for use at an ambient
temperature of greater than 0°C but a maximum of 40°C.

7 Design and function of the machine
7.1 Functional description
The system is specially designed for integrating into a dough piece

Intended Use
The system is only intended for use in bakeries.
It is specially designed for integration into the dough line defined
in accordance with the order.
The perfect and safe operation of the machine requires proper storage,
installation and assembly as well as careful operation and
maintenance.
The cutting system is used exclusively for cutting pieces of dough.
The cut is carried out using ultrasonic units into the previously
defined dough pieces.
Any other use is considered improper.
Intended use requires signal connection to the dough line and machine
loading with production ranges of the quality specified in the
order.
The system is designed to operate at an ambient temperature of greater
than 0°C but a maximum of 40°C.
