Machine description:
The machine is a robust welded construction.
The hydraulic pistons are made of high-quality steel. The surfaces are
hard chrome-plated for wear protection.
The position of the cylinders is controlled by two proportional
valves. The valves are mounted directly on the respective cylinder.
Two independent position measuring systems recognise the current
cylinder position and transmit this to the control system. Any bending
of the machine is recognised and compensated for by readjusting the
cylinders.
The rigidity of the machine is increased by side-welded cheeks.
A double roller guide ensures precise and torsion-free movement of the
folding beam and allows different in feeds of Y1 and Y2.
The bending beam is also guided over guides made of composite
material.
The machine´s stop system is equipped with two stop fingers.
The machine complies with the CE standard.
