PROTOTYPE EMOVER / ELECTRIC
DESCRIPTION:
The object of realisation is a prototype with the application "train
machine
for aircraft movement" at an airport. This is a first built design
study and a first
and a first technical realisation of the tractor drive incl. battery
technology,
chassis, tractor shell and operation with driver´s cab and
controls.
Condition:
- The prototype is not ready to drive and is not operational. The
prototype was driven approx. 200
m in 2019 and the function has been decommissioned since
decommissioning.
- The tractor unit has the following external dimensions approx.
LxWxH: 10.35 m x 4.85 m x 1.55 m
- Weight between 52 tonnes and 60 tonnes (no guarantee)
- 6 electrically driven rotating drive wheels, each with 120 kW drive
power
- High-voltage lithium-ion battery with 195 kWh capacity (condition
and specifications without guarantee)
- Hydraulic unit for controlling the running gear and coupling unit
- All components built in 2018/2019
- The object has been in storage since October 2019
- GRP housing has been dismantled
- Without connecting claws Aircraft landing gear (as can be seen in
the pictures, these are not
part of the auction)
- Documentation: Incomplete component list with little to no
information on
type designation or article numbers of the installed components, no
circuit diagrams
available, no construction plans or technical drawings available. No
CAD data
available.
Dismantling:
- The object can be dismantled into 6 units. For dismantling,
electrical cables must be
lines must be dismantled/disconnected. Hydraulic lines must be
disconnected for disassembly.
