The system essentially consists of the following components:

the Asys drives
- Conveyor system by Asys with electronic track width adjustment,
designed for a maximum plate size of 300x300mm
- Temperature-controlled testing area, made of lacquered sheet metal
housing, frame made of Bosch profiles with height-adjustable leveling
feet
- Insulation with insulating panels of Vermilite 2000 or similar
- Pneumatic in/out shutter
- Door with insulating glass, interlock, ...
- Heating with temperature monitoring
- Datamatrix scanner Quadrus QX Hawk with lighting, protective
cover
- Product separation, positioning, ejection with linear guides and
multi-position cylinders
- This mechanism is coupled with the track width adjustment system
- Coded fixtures for adapter and counterholder plate
- Cable feedthrough with hand connection in the testing area and
permanently installed connector on the outside of the testing
chamber
- Coded test adapter for 4 x 25 test points and adjustment with 4
attached magnets
- Centering of the workpiece is done via internal boreholes
- Coded counterholder plate
- Control cabinet with S7 control, according to Continental standards,
with the latest safety technology and TIA Portal execution
- Comfort panel SIMATIC HMI TP1200 COMFORT on the operating side
- Pneumatic plate with valves, maintenance unit installed under the
system
