sample for reliable measurements. The pure sample is pipetted onto the
measuring surface and the arm is automatically locked at a defined
optical path length. Accurate measurements are guaranteed and errors
are avoided by not having to dilute the sample.

measures at two optical path lengths, thus covering a wide
concentration range. DsDNA concentrations from 6 to 15,000 ng/μL can
be measured without additional dilutions and within 2 seconds per
optical pass length.

and microvolume measurements.
