The product is positioned manually into the appropriate slots - the membranes - from where, in a continuous movement of the belts, it goes to the processing station. Machining is carried out in three phases: - alignment to the line, - stalking of the fruit, - pushing out the fruit, which can be combined with the slicing phase (in halves or quarters).
