The ProCepT Granulator is used for wet or melt high shear granulation
and pelletisation. Depending on vessel size, the typical batch range
varies from 15g to 1kg of product. The granulator is used to create
wet agglomerates by high shear wet mixing of different powders. The
atomized nozzle sprays the solvent with binder or active on the powder
vortex, created by the impeller and chopper. The ProCepT Granulator is
the ideal equipment for formulation R&D, demonstration or educational
