Verkauft wird ein gebrauchter Schäfer & Flottmann Trayaufrichter mit
seitlicher Einsetzfunktion für Beipackzettel Beipackprodukte wie zb.
Blumensamenbeutel etc. die am Trayboden abgelegt werden. Dier Tray
wird zuvor mit einem Kleber beklebt und können dadurch am Trayboden
fixiert werden. Ein Visionsystem von Keyence prüft mit der Kamera ob
die eingesetzten Produkte ordnungsgemäß positioniert wurden. Falls
nicht wird der Tray ausgeschleust. In einer der nachfolgenden
Stationen können entweder Produkte seitlich eingesetzt werden od. der
Tray wird fertig zum offenen Tray geformt. Die Schäfer & Flottmann
ist wenig gelaufen und ist einen sehr guten Zustand. Es waren 2
Anlagen auf Lager und eine davon wurd ebereits verkauft. Zu der
Anlage gibt es ein sehr umfangreiches Ersatzteilpaket im Wert von ca.
150.000 €

etc. which are placed on the bottom of the tray. The tray is
previously stuck with an adhesive and can thus be fixed to the bottom
of the tray. A vision system from Keyence uses the camera to check
whether the products used have been positioned correctly. If not, the
tray is ejected. In one of the following stations, products can either
be inserted laterally or the tray is formed into an open tray. The
Schäfer & Flottmann has hardly been used and is in very good
condition. There were 2 systems in stock and one of them had already
been sold. The system comes with a very extensive spare parts package
worth around €150,000
