The containers are spaced before entering the machine by centering rollers placed on the sides of the conveyor belt. They are then guided by a counter belt which has the task of making the containers move forward in a constant and stable way during the packaging phase. During the advancement on the conveyor belt, the containers activate a sensor that enables the self-adhesive unit to release a single label; immediately after labeling there are sponge rollers for the final ironing of the same and then come out of the machine. The labeling body is equipped with a system for printing variable data. The printing apparatus (in brass) works with a thermal transfer system for Ribbon FOIL The machine is in excellent condition, having always worked in a medical environment for the labeling of reel patches.
