The following work has been performed from 04/2023 with 22.271 h until 11/2024 with 27,014 h

· Infeed break overhauling
· Grouping table overhauling with new matt, new rollers, new drive shaft and new main motor
· All pneumatic cylinders and many valves changed
· All bearings and bushings changed
· Station unit: all ball bearings and shafts replaced, all bushings changed, new chain (stainless steel - special kit from Bender Packaging)
· Nordson Service: all SolidBlue A gun modules replace, melter service, two new hose (all original Nordson parts)
· Allen Bradley PLC: new transformer and CPU / electrical organization of cabinet
· Magazine unit: complete overhaul with new bearings, new belt etc.
· Many new sensors and electrical components
· Not done: bearings and cam rollers on main shaft as still in good condition
