Inspektionsmaschinen für Leerflaschen VISIONTEC

Die Erkennung ist auf 0,5l Glasflaschen im 20er Modulkasten eingerichtet. Der Inspektor ist mit einem Multikamerasystem ausgestattet. Sobald eine Fremdflasche im Kasten erkannt wird, wird diese anschließend über einen Pusher ausgeleitet. Aktuell ist auf Querlauf eingerichtet.

The detection is adjusted for 0,5l glass bottles and twenty modul crates.The inspector comes with a multi camera system.
If an external bottle is detected, the crate will be pushed out in an other line. Currently the set up is for a long side leeding crate.
